Introduction

MasterSet ("we," "our," or "us") is a Pokémon TCG collection tracker app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application and related services.

Information We Collect

Account information. If you sign in, we collect your email address and authentication credentials through our provider (Supabase). This enables cross-device sync of your collection and wishlist.

Collection and wishlist data. The cards you mark as collected or wishlisted are stored locally on your device. When signed in, this data is synced to our cloud database so you can access it from multiple devices.

Usage data. We may collect anonymous usage information to improve the app. Premium subscription status is processed by RevenueCat; see their privacy policy for details.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve MasterSet, including syncing your collection across devices, processing subscriptions, and fixing bugs. We do not sell your personal data.

Third-Party Services

MasterSet uses the following third-party services:

  • Supabase — Authentication and cloud storage of collection/wishlist data
  • RevenueCat — In-app subscription management
  • TCGdex — Card data and images (open-source API)
  • Apple / Google — App distribution and in-app purchases

Each service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

Data Storage and Security

Your collection and wishlist data is stored locally on your device and, when you sign in, in our cloud database. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. You can use MasterSet fully offline without signing in; in that case, no account or collection data is sent to our servers.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can delete your account and associated data through the app or by contacting us. To exercise your rights or ask questions, contact us via our Discord server or the feedback option in the app.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy in the app or on this website. Continued use of MasterSet after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
