Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MasterSet ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

MasterSet is a Pokémon Trading Card Game collection tracker that allows you to browse card sets, mark cards as collected or wishlisted, track progress toward completing sets, and optionally sync your data across devices. The App may offer free and premium features.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use MasterSet only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the App's source code
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the App or its data
• Interfere with or disrupt the App, servers, or networks
• Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account

Account and Data

You may use MasterSet without creating an account. If you sign in, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Your collection and wishlist data may be synced to our servers when you are signed in. You retain ownership of your data; we use it only to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions and Payments

MasterSet may offer premium features through in-app purchases. Payment is processed by Apple or Google according to their respective terms. Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are subject to Apple's or Google's refund policies.

Intellectual Property

MasterSet, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us. Pokémon and Pokémon TCG are trademarks of The Pokémon Company and related entities. Card images and data are provided by TCGdex and other sources. We do not claim ownership of third-party content displayed in the App.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that card data (including prices) will be accurate or up to date. Pricing information from TCGplayer or other sources is for reference only.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases; provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., disclaimers, limitations of liability) will survive.

Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms in the App or on this website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the App.
